Recommended browsers
We regularly monitor and test browsers to ensure the highest quality standards. We may discontinue support of existing browsers if they no longer meet W3C standards or are no longer supported by their development company.

Customers who use older or beta browser versions or other browsers may experience visual or functional difficulties with some pages.
Windows:
- Google Chrome 39.0 or higher*
- Firefox 48.0 or higher*
- Microsoft Edge 14.0 or higher
Mac:
- Safari 8.0 or higher
- Google Chrome 39.0 or higher*
- Firefox 48.0 or higher*
*We don’t specify additional version levels for Firefox or Chrome. These browsers use automatic updates, which means updates may occur rapidly and un-announced. However, these browsers all are based on current W3C guidelines and specifications and pass the stringent ACID tests for browser compliance.

- For Windows - Go to the Help menu and choose 'About...." A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.
- For Macs - Go to the menu at the top of your screen. The name of the browser appears in the menu bar, just to the right of the Apple logo, choose "About [your browser's name]."
- Browsers – Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers or disabling browser features, such as JavaScript, cookies and SSL, may reduce site functionality.
- Firewalls – If you’re accessing aa.com through a firewall or proxy, check with your Network Administrator to determine if cookies are permitted.
- JavaScript – Make sure you have Java enabled on your browser.
